long live wanderlust.

yesterday was one of those days just eaten up by travel. we left cat ba island through halong bay, travelled back to hanoi for a quick dinner and then to the airport for our flight to ho chi minh city. due to mechanical issues, had to switch to a new plane and didn’t get to our hotel in saigon until about 1am. all in all, we were on the go for about 17 hours. I don’t expect this will be the last day like this :) we are both excited to stay put here for a couple days and explore before heading out to one of the islands. so far, vietnam has exceeded our expectations. we already know we’ll come back.
